After 20 years in the corporate world, including delivering mental health training and witnessing the widespread impact of stress and burnout, I returned to my true passion: supporting others as a therapist.
At Alma Therapy Place, we provide psychotherapy for individuals and couples, as well as mental health training for managers and employees in both small and large businesses.
As your therapist, I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions.
